We only seek to Collaborate and Partner with Promising, Idealistic, Visionary and “Otherworldly” Futurist Scholars and Researchers who Share Our Passion for The New Virtual Organization World and Our  Ultimate Cause – Human Evolution.   Aspiring “Virtual Organization” and “Virtual Organization Management” researchers who are mid-career faculty members of universities and 4-year colleges; hold a doctoral degree in either Business Administration, Information Technology, the Humanities or Social Sciences conferred no earlier than 5 years from the date of application but, in any event, no later than 10 years;  and seek to broaden their horizon and evolve.

And our Virtual Organization Management Faculty recruitment and onboarding process at Virtual Organization Management Institute  is specifically designed to identify and accommodate these stakeholders.  You can forget about a bunch of ridiculous experience and qualification requirements, and carefully staged, silly and nonsensical interviews (more like interrogations).

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer Virtual Organization Management Faculty training opportunities worldwide to all such researchers who will work on a full-time basis in a 100% virtual organization environment.  (No other full- or part-time work is allowed during their tenure.)  

Our virtual organization management faculty training program is Year-Round and is open to all applicants worldwide who meet our strict requirements.  Successful  candidates will also be awarded the prestigious and honorary lifetime appointment as Distinguished Virtual Organization Research Fellow on the day of their formal   appointment as Professor of Virtual Organization Management.

Such appointment comes with a stipend of USD $100,000 to be used exclusively  toward Tuition and Education expenses.  The stipend will be distributed in one lump sum on the official day of your appointment as both Professor and Fellow.

YOUR MISSION

You’re still here! ….  As a VOMI Faculty Member and Professor of Virtual Organization  Management, you will provide experiential research training in the fundamental aspects of Virtual Organizations and the Virtual Organization Management discipline to your students.   As well, you will deeply expose them to the foundational principles and precepts of The New Virtual Organization World  so they will learn how to properly align Innovation in Virtual  Organization  Management and Education  with mankind’s  need for Human Evolution.

You will work both “behind the scenes” and “on the front lines” with other colleagues and Fellows from a number of VOMI-affiliated consortia engaged in a variety of projects related to the architecture and development of The New Virtual Organization World – including, without limitation, the Futuristic City-State Enclave Based on a Civilized World Financial System project.   These consortia include The New Virtual Organization World Consortium, Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium and Virtual Residential Community Consortium.

Results of your virtual organization training and research,  including co-authored papers,  will be used for presentation to :: and/or sharing with :: both internal and external stakeholders at some of the highest levels of business, government and academia around the world. (People who truly share our vision of The New Virtual Organization World.)

That is, without a doubt, the most prestigious and only Virtual Organization Management Faculty position available to academia anywhere in the world. 

That means, upon your eventual appointment as Professor,  your counsel and input on “Virtual Organization Management” and “Virtual Organization Research” in The New Virtual Organization World  will be highly sought-after worldwide not only by those in academia but also by the Who’s Who of  The New Virtual Organization World  –  as well as from all sectors of industry, government and public policy in Antiquity.  From the world’s Leading Education Innovators,  Policymakers,  Futurists, Futuristic Architecture Pioneers, Titans of Business and Finance, Leading Economists,  Leading Business and Finance Technology Innovators,  Futuristic Science and Technology Inventors,  etc.

  • A Videoconference with the founder of VOMI will be arranged.

Upon review of your background and acceptance of your request, a videoconference will be scheduled with the founder of VOMI.

  • A formal Official Global Ambassador invitation will be sent by VOMI Global Think Tank.

Upon conclusion of a successful videoconference, VOMI Global Think Tank will send you a formal invitation to become an Official Global Ambassador for a 1-Year term.

  • A formal offer to join the VOMI Faculty as a Professor of Virtual Organization Management Candidate based on a well-defined Career Progression Path and Minimum Compensation Schedule.

Upon successful completion of your Official Global Ambassador tenure at VOMI Global Think Tank,  VOMI will send you a formal offer to join the VOMI Faculty on a permanent, full-time basis  based on the following Career Progression Path And Minimum Compensation Schedule:

  • Year 1 and 2.   VOM Teaching Assistant (Minimum Compensation: USD $100K + Cash Performance Bonus)
  • Year 3 and 4.   VOM Lecturer (Minimum Compensation: USD $150K + Cash Performance Bonus)
  • Year 5 and 6.   Assistant Professor of  VOM  (Minimum Compensation: USD $175K + Cash Performance Bonus)
  • Year 7.  Associate Professor of VOM  (Minimum Compensation: USD $200K + Cash Performance Bonus)
  • Year 8.  Professor of VOM  (Minimum Compensation: USD $250K + Cash Performance Bonus)
  • Official Year 1 and 2.    VOM Teaching Assistant appointment.   Begin the formal Master Virtual Organization Management Trainer (MVOMT) 2-Year Program at VOMI.    Official Award of MVOMT designation.

Track #1.   Upon acceptance of our offer,  you will initially be appointed VOM Teaching Assistant for a 2-year term.

Track #2.   Starting Day One, you will participate in our formal Master Virtual Organization Management Trainer (MVOMT) 2-Year Program.    Upon completion of the 2-year program, you will be formally awarded the MVOMT designation.

Track #3.   On a parallel track,  all your activities and training from Day One will be directly related to your official appointment as VOM Teaching Assistant.

  • Official Year 3 and 4.    VOM Lecturer appointment.   Virtual Organization Research activities for the Futuristic City-State Enclave.

Track #1.  Upon successful completion of your Official Year 1 and 2 assignments, you will be appointed VOM Lecturer for a 2-year term.

 
Track #2. On a parallel track, you will conduct virtual organization research activities strictly focused on the Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System project that is being conducted under the auspices of The New Virtual Organization World Consortium.

  • Official Year 5 and 6.     Assistant Professor appointment.   Virtual Organization Research activities for Virtual Campus Dormitory.

Track #1.  Upon successful completion of your Official Year 3 and 4 assignments, you will be appointed Assistant Professor of VOM for a 2-year term.

 
Track #2.  On a parallel track, you will conduct virtual organization management and research activities strictly focused on Virtual Campus Dormitory projects being conducted under the auspices of Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium.

  • Official Year 7.     Associate Professor of VOM  appointment.   Virtual Organization Research, Presentation and Publishing activities.

Track #1.  Upon successful completion of your Official Year 5 and 6 assignments, you will be appointed Associate Professor of VOM for a 1-year term.

 
Track #2.  On a parallel track, you will focus on virtual organization management and research,  presentation and publishing activities.

  • Official Year 8.     Professor of VOM appointment.   Virtual Organization Research, Presentation and Publishing activities.   Honorary lifetime appointment as Distinguished Virtual Organization Research Fellow.

Track #1.  Upon successful completion of your Official Year 7 assignments,  you will be appointed Professor of VOM at VOMI.   In recognition of your contribution to The New Virtual Organization World, you will also receive an honorary lifetime appointment as Distinguished Virtual Organization Research Fellow.

 
Track #2.  On a parallel track, going forward, you will begin to focus on Innovation in Virtual Organizations as well as remaining focused on virtual organization management  and research, presentation and publishing activities.
