Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI) is the global, spectacular phenomenon we call “The Virtual Organization Holy Grail,” and we are looking for a potential Guardian of The Holy Grail – an Unconventional, Unstoppable, Transformative, Entrepreneurial, INNOVATIVE and VISIONARY Key Virtual Organization Leadership Executive who will Guard and Carry the Luminous Light of VOMI to Industry, Government and Academia as well as to every single individual in every corner of the globe. Someone who is ready, willing and able to Stand Up and Walk Away from the Monkey See, Monkey Do Crowd.
As a potential Guardian of The Holy Grail, you have an opportunity to learn a great deal about virtual organizations. You will obtain, at our expense, our Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification and VOMI Virtual Organization Academy’s official Virtual Organization Leadership Executive designation. You will innovate and contribute to the acceleration and explosive growth of virtual organizations worldwide and help usher in The New Virtual Organization World era.
Unconventional Duties and Responsibilities
This is NOT your typical-conventional bureaucrat position and, therefore, we’ll skip the nonsense about a conventional laundry list of things for you to do. As one of 13 potential Guardians of The Holy Grail, your duties and responsibilities will be defined by the corresponding title of one of the Executive Leadership Team Member positions listed below, your vision of the broad mission we have laid out for you, and your own individual competencies. The titles of these 12 potential Guardian positions are:

Since we are a 100% virtual organization, you will work from wherever in the world you are located or wish to be in and will operate in a completely 100% virtual organization environment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Fearless. A No Nonsense-No Excuses-No BS-Make Things Happen-Cream of the Crop-Highest Level Top Performing Executive (from anywhere in the world). Executive Presence. Sound business judgment. Must have extensive experience dealing with Forbes Global 2000 CEOs and other key decision-makers on a one-on-one, first-name basis (otherwise you’ll be wasting your time). Fully equipped to function in a 100% virtual organization environment. Fluency in English required, additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Chinese, etc.) is a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and oral communication, research, and writing skills. An MBA or Ph.D is a plus.
VIRTUAL ORGANIZATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
We already know you don’t have any, so we won’t bother asking (even if you think you do). All we need from you is some humility and the willingness to learn.
SOMETHING ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW
