WHAT WE SEEK

We only seek to Collaborate and Partner with Promising, Idealistic, Visionary and “Otherworldly” Futurist Scholars and Researchers who Share Our Passion for The New Virtual Organization World and Our  Ultimate Cause – Human Evolution; aspiring “Virtual Organization” and “Virtual Organization Management” researchers who are recent PhD’s in a related discipline,  with an anniversary period of up to two (2) years,  and are actively developing their work and career.     And our Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Fellowship recruitment and onboarding process at VOMI Global Think Tank  is specifically designed to identify and accommodate these stakeholders.  You can forget about a bunch of ridiculous experience and qualification requirements, and carefully staged, silly and nonsensical interviews (more like interrogations).

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer 24-Month UNPAID virtual organization research training fellowships worldwide to such researchers who will work on a full-time basis in a 100% virtual organization environment.  (No other full- or part-time work is allowed during the term of the fellowship.)  

Our postdoctoral virtual organization fellowship program is Year-Round and is open to all applicants worldwide who meet our strict requirements.  Successful fellows will be awarded the prestigious and lifetime Virtual Organization  Fellow designation at VOMI Global Think Tank.

Each fellowship comes with an annual stipend of  USD $100,000 to be used  exclusively  toward Tuition and Education expenses.   Such annual stipend will be distributed in four (4) equal installments of  $25,000 at the end of each fiscal quarter period in accordance with the terms of the stipend award.

YOUR MISSION

You’re still here! ….  As an Alternative Energy Research Fellow, you will receive experiential research training in the fundamental aspects of Virtual Organizations and the Virtual Organization Management discipline, as well as gain a deep exposure to the foundational principles and precepts of The New Virtual Organization World, in order to properly align Technological Innovation in Alternative Energy with mankind’s  need for Human Evolution.

Fellows work both “behind the scenes” and “on the front lines” with other Fellows and colleagues from a number of VOMI-affiliated consortia engaged in a variety of projects related to the architecture and development of The New Virtual Organization World – including, without limitation, the Futuristic City-State Enclave Based on a Civilized World Financial System project.   These consortia include The New Virtual Organization World Consortium, Virtual Campus Dormitory Consortium, and Virtual Residential Community Consortium.

Results of your virtual organization fellowship research,  including co-authored papers,  will be used for presentation to :: and/or sharing with :: both internal and external stakeholders at some of the highest levels of business, government and academia around the world who share our vision of The New Virtual Organization World.

This is, without a doubt, the most prestigious and only Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Fellowship in the Alternative Energy research field. 

That means, upon successful completion of your postdoctoral virtual organization fellowship,   your counsel and input on Alternative Energy in The New Virtual Organization World  will be highly sought-after worldwide by the “Who’s Who of  The New Virtual Organization World” as well as from all sectors of industry,  academia, government, and public policy in Antiquity.     From the world’s Leading Futurists,  Futuristic Architecture Pioneers,  Titans of Business and Finance, Leading Economists,  Leading Business and Finance Technology Innovators,  Futuristic Science and Technology Inventors,  Education Innovators,  Policymakers, etc.

  • A Videoconference with the founder of VOMI will be arranged.

Upon review of your background and acceptance of your request, a videoconference will be scheduled with the founder of VOMI.

  • A formal Official Global Ambassador invitation will be sent by VOMI Global Think Tank.

Upon conclusion of a successful videoconference, VOMI Global Think Tank will send you a formal invitation to become an Official Global Ambassador for a 1-Year term.

  • A formal offer to join the Futuristic City-State Enclave Team at The New Virtual Organization World Consortium as an Alternative Energy Research Fellow will be sent by VOMI Global Think Tank on behalf of the consortium.

Upon successful completion of your Official Global Ambassador tenure at VOMI Global Think Tank,  we will send you a formal offer to join the Leadership Team of the Futuristic City-State Enclave as an Alternative Energy Research Fellow – working on a full-time basis.

  • Official Year 1.    Begin Dual Track Training as Principled Geopolitical Leader Initiate and Alternative Energy Research Fellow.

Track #1.   Upon acceptance of our offer, you will begin your first year at VOMI as a Principled Geopolitical Leader Initiate.   Starting Day One, you will participate in our 90-Day Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification program offered at Virtual Organization Recruiter in partnership with VOMI Virtual Organization Academy.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded the official Virtual Organization Leadership Executive  designation and a Certificate of Completion for the Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment and Certification program.   The remainder of the year will be devoted toward the practice of Principled Geopolitical Leadership.

Track #2.    On a parallel track,  all your activities from Day One will be directly related to your virtual organization research training for the Alternative Energy Research Fellow position.

  • Official Year 2.    Complete focus on Alternative Energy Research activities for the Futuristic City-State Enclave.

Upon successful completion of your Dual Track Training during Year 1, your virtual organization research training activities will be strictly focused on Alternative Energy Research for the Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World Financial System project that is being conducted under the auspices of The New Virtual Organization World Consortium.

  • Official Year 3.   Letter of Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Fellowship Completion.  Official Award of prestigious and lifetime Virtual Organization  Fellow designation at VOMI Global Think Tank.   Honorary appointment as Ambassador to Antiquity by Futuristic City-State Enclave.

Upon successful completion of the postdoctoral virtual organization fellowship, VOMI Global Think Tank will issue you a Letter of Postdoctoral Virtual Organization Fellowship Completion and formally award you the prestigious and lifetime Virtual Organization Fellow designation.  As well, the Futuristic City-State Enclave will award you with an honorary lifetime appointment as Ambassador to Antiquity.
