Once setup, iAdherence will automatically update all of your medications information weekly from the FDA site. Also, iAdherence has a social media tiered feature that lets the user communicate with their pharmacist, doctor, caregiver, relatives and friends. You can set the level of communication importance on the iAdherence “My Village” function. The iAdherence app can be used in Phase 3 and Phase 4 Medicine Clinical trial studies improving the way participants take their medicine. Therefore, making these studies more useful, effective generating statistically significant evidence.


Summary of Job Description

This position has overall responsibility for the development, execution and management of Business Development and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned iAdherence product and/or services. This may include development of competitive positioning through diverse responsibility for i.e. Merger and Acquisitions, joint venture, Clinical trial studies, business partnerships and other growth opportunities in addition to providing consultation on marketing and sales efforts as needed. This role directs the Business Development infrastructure and tools to support revenue growth and may supervise staff. This role also builds and maintains collaborative internal and external relationships (i.e. consultants, administrators, national brokers, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities

This position has overall responsibility for the development, execution and management of Business Development and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for iAdherence Inc., product and/or service.

  • This may include development of competitive positioning through diverse responsibility for i.e. Merger and Acquisitions, joint venture, Clinical trial studies, business partnerships and other growth opportunities in addition to providing consultation on marketing and sales efforts as needed.
  • This position covers national territories including Canada.
  • This role also builds and maintains collaborative internal and external relationships (i.e. consultants, administrators, national brokers, etc.)
  • This position is responsible for directing the sales of pharmacy iAdherence across the enterprise and overseeing staff supporting the sales to existing or new business.
  • Responsible for growth of iAdherence sales in overall go-to-market strategy and integration of strategies across the plans with executives.
  • Accountable for meeting sales and support goals and successful completion of sales initiatives. Assist in developing goals and initiatives. Work with Sales teams for management.

Qualification Requirements

  • Experience or retired in pharmacy operations to include sales/servicing experience in pharmacy Sales/marketing strategy development experience.
  • Building a dedicated sales team ready to convince independent pharmacies that iAdherence, medicine management is an amazing benefit for them.
  • Coach and develop sales team. (2-3 + direct reports). Establish sales territories, quotas, commissions, and goals.
  • Work with the sales team to attract and engage pharmacies, hospitals, clinical trials and doctor’s offices. Approach sales with innovation using all the strengths of the team.
  • Work with the sales team to attract and engage merger and acquisitions, joint venture, business partnerships, clinical trial studies and other growth opportunities
